WordPress plugin: No Self Pings
Some people really like that WordPress sends pings from your own site to your own site when you write posts; it lets them easily leave a trail of related posts.
Some people do not like this behavior; it clutters up their comments.
So here’s a plugin to disable self pinging. I couldn’t find any prior art, but if you know of any other plugins that do this, please let me know.
Download the plugin, put it in your WordPress plugins directory, activate it via your WordPress admin panel, and you’re set. No configuration necessary.
Yeah, I still have to figure out how I broke the self pinging along the way on my own blog ;-)

What I want to do on my blog, is every few hours take the oldest post and move it to the
front of the queue, all automatically. Anyone know if there is a plugin that can do this or
a simple way to set up another plugin to do this (use my own feed perhaps)?

Better improve the performance I think.
I hope this is what I’m looking for — at first I found it handy to ping internally to link between posts, but then I found it got sloppy.

I’m getting a blank page after I click “save” or “publish” in my blog after installing this plugin. Here’s what it’s showing me in the http error log:

Disregard my previous comment. While I’m still getting the stated error message, it turns out the INAP plugin was the cause of the blank pages.
