You'll have to log in to each site separately (though you <em>can</em> log in to all sites that are on WordPress.COM all at once). For more help with WordPress, I recommend their <a href="http://wordpress.org/support/">support forums</a>. The people there will be able to give you more info or direct you elsewhere.
